    i signed up to the ambassadors program today but every time i click on missions it says i need to be part of the program and then i go on the join the program page and it says im already an ambassador!

    Ambassadors program help!?!

    Hey there Reaper -

    I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations. You'll want to check on the
    Xbox Live Enforcement     site to be sure you don't see any Enforcement actions anywhere on your account. It doesn't have to be recent, even things a couple months ago can affect your eligibility for the Ambassadors program.

    XboxAmbassadors     via Xbox Live messages.

    Ambassadors program help!?!

    hi can someone please help i was a top 100 ambassador in season two and also just the other day recieved an amazon gift voucher email from ambassadors programme the random act of kindness thing it said thanks for all your work and help with the xbox community
    then just now i was doing live chats in the ambassador chat bank and stopped working

    Now it says ive been removed from ambassadors program due to either xbox gold running out or an enforcement action on account or other action to find out more go to ambassadors forum but i cant access any of the ambassadors lounges or forum as not inthe
    program now apparently so can someone in charge from ambassadors please help me?

    I have over a year gold left and have had no enforcement actions or anything against me so i dont understand why i have been removed from program when just the other day i recieved a thank you reward for amazon credit from the amvassadors program then today
    been removed why??

    Sometimes it can take a little bit to register. If you continue to have this issue, use the "report a bug" link at the bottom of any of the Ambassador site pages.

    I am also having the same issue I figured it would take a while to register as said below. Did you get your issue resolved? If so how is it I’m pretty excited to be apart. Best of luck to you!

    I have never been in trouble in the program before so if the Ambassador Team can reach out to me directly and work with me to get this problem resolved that would be great.

    Well that's the problem they gave me a
    brief reason why and I don't understand it. I need it to be elaborated. If its from something I think it is why did they remove me for doing something that is right, that's my question. Also is there a way to file a appeal or something to gat back in.

    We cannot speculate on removal actions taken by the Ambassador program, however
    we have verified with the Ambassador team that an email was sent to the account associated with your Gamertag. This email should contain a brief explanation as to why you were removed. Thanks!
