    Need help about a ban:suspension


    hello Xbox enforcement team!

    2 days ago I got an abuse/threat suspension and I was in chock, never in mi life have I threaten somebody ! I've got many threats myself so I know the feeling. I was asking my friend and my little 11 year brother and he told my he wrote some bad words but
    not threaten someone, I got very mad since this is what I do for a living, I feed my family of Xbox, now I'm suspended till 2nd august and I don't know where to get help, talked with one in the Xbox support and he told me this is the way since I can't apple
    for case review cause my browsers are very weird.. please support , help me so I can continue provided my family

    Curious Xbox/Account ban

    Hi, no one on here can help you with your ban or tell you why. You need to log in on
    enforcement.xbox.com and from there you can find the info you need about the ban/suspension.

    The Xbox Enforcement Team isnt looking into this Forums. The only way you can contact them is through the Case Review if eligible.

    No one in this forums, nor Xbox Support can help in any enforcement related topics.

    Thats your only chance to contact the Enforcement Team. You might want to try a different browser / device if you have trouble reaching the process.

    have tried all browser I only comes to the accept part and then it takes me to homepage again, a guy on the support told me to write here ? Please help me

    I'm afraid the Support guy was wrong. the Link enforcement.xbox.com is the only location to get information on for a suspension. Nobody in the forums (or on Xbox Support) can assist with suspension queries.

    Be sure to clear cache and cookies and try the link again.

    I'm afraid this is all we can advise in a situation like this.

    Why was I banned from playing online?

    It sounds like it's an in-game ban and not a ban from Microsoft. If that's the case you would need to reach out to Roblox for information about your suspension.

    If it is a suspension from Microsoft, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why.
