Need help 0x80072ee7 xbox one

Now it started saying error code 0x80072ee7

Had the same issue here in Canada after recent updates and system crashing. Everything seems to work fine except for accessing content in the store e.g. Games with gold.

I followed Solution 2 as suggested by FreakRoach. Note: step f. Select Test Network connection. Will just tell you whether
you are connected to the internet or not; not give you packet loss information. You will have to go to
Detailed network statistics to see that information. But hold off on that and try a hard reboot if you haven't already (holding down the Xbox button on front of console until the system shuts down, then turn system back on); this worked for
me.
