    Need hard reset if I want to play games.


    Hi so recently after the update I need to reset my xbox one x every time I want to play a game. Error come up saying the game took to long to start. A normal restart from the dashboard does nothing but freeze the xbox. I need to hold the power button until it shuts down. Need to do this every time I want to play a game. The strange thing is that xbox 360 games work.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us. We appreciate you reaching out to us. If this issue is appearing with the one singular game we recommend reinstalling the game. Also, we recommend plugging your console into a wall outlet and never into a surge protector
    or power strip. Also, if you're using an external drive, we recommend transferring it to your internal drive and unplugging the external drives. These steps should help with this issue.
