Need Forum Access

Not sure what happened but seem to have lost access to the Xbox Ambassador and Xbox One Preview forums. This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now.

I am still in both programs in good standing and have been trying everything I can to regain access.

Would one of the Misters or Misses be able to work this out for me please?

Need Preview Forums Access

I've been in the preview program for a few months now but I seem to have never gotten access to the preview forum. At first this was no big deal as I was doing all my feedback by the Xbox One report problem functions. But now I'm having some pretty catastrophic
issues with the Xbox One and that's not an option. Tried messaging on Twitter but no dice. So yeah, access would be appreciated as soon as possible.

A support agent will need to manually grant you access to the private preview program forums. This could take up to a few days (usually less) to get around to your thread.

Hello,

The only time this seems to happen is if the gamertag is downloaded to a console that has beta access. Unfortunately, once an account is converted to currency there's no way to un-convert it. The account
in question will only be able to purchase content for the time being from any console that has the beta dashboard now. Once content is purchased you can head back to your own console and download the content using your download history.

As this beta dashboard program is now closed for registration that is the only way you will be able to purchase content. Whoever's console you used to download your profile to that had the beta should have really told you that
this was going to happen. Since you don't have the beta dashboard on your console, you wouldn't be able to access the beta forums.

Accessing your Download History:

Go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.
