    Need for Speed Rivals


    I am subscribed to EA Access and decided to download this last night as it was recently added to the vault. It's only 16GB and it got to 25% in under an hour which is fine. About 90 minutes later I checked it before going to bed and it was on about 37%.
    I get up in the morning and it's only on 38% and slowly creeps up to 40% over the next 2 hours or so.If I go into the "Detailed Network Statistics" part of the settings app, it tries to tell me that my download speed is below 1Mb per second which is a load
    of rubbish as I can do a speed test on any other device connected in the same manner, to the same network and get around 19Mb per second. It's just the Xbox One that is doing this.

    So, after spending 2 or three hours trying to fix it I gave up and cancelled the download. Run the xbox's test again and suddenly it says that my download speeds are back up to 15Mb per second. I decided to to start the download again and the exact same
    thing happened again. It got to just under 30% an hour or two but at some point, after crossing about 35%, it slowed right down again and is now saying that my speed sucks again.

    What the hell is going on? Is it just this game or is it Xbox Live that is causing the issue?

    I have had my Xbox One in the DMZ since the day I got it so port forwarding or any of that other rubbish should not be an issue. There is nothing else currently using the network either, aside from when I open up my laptop to run a speed test for the thousandth
    time. I've already done the "restart the Xbox" and "power cycle the modem" stuff, and it makes no difference whatsoever.
