Need for Speed Rivals Simply Jaguar Complete Delisted? can i be refunded

hi i just bought this DLC pack last week during the sale i started up the game today and it is gone, i tried to locate it in the store but it is no longer there. is anyone else having this problem? the 360 one still exists but not the Xbox One version you
can buy the cars singly but i already paid for the pack. does any one know why it is not there or how to access your purchase history on Xbox One to see if i can redownload it from there when i click on Manage game it appears nowhere in my download history
if not is there a possible way to get a refund? i think it is disapointing to put up a dlc that was bought last week and then delist and remove it from my system a week later

What is a bundle pack?

I just bought an XBOX and was planning to buy the NFS Rivals game from the XBOX store. There seems to be 2 options, Need for
Speed Rivals and Need for Speed™ Rivals: Complete Edition Bundle Pack.

From what I could gather from the description, the Bundle Pack provides more features and is cheaper.

Is this the case? Does the one with the bundle pack also include the original game, or is it just add-ons?

 

Not sure why it would disappear from you when you downloaded the pack. Please try holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if the cars are there when you log back in.

If that doesn't work head over to My Games & Apps then scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready to Download. The pack should be there.

 

hi thanks for the reply yeah it is not there i checked that already it is also no longer in the Xbox store either so i am not sure what to do.. I do not know why it would be removed from the store only a week after it was on sale but the normal single cars
would be still up

 

Well, I tried looking for the pack myself and all pages have been removed for it. I'm not entirely sure why you lost the download as well. I would recommend contacting phone support to ask about a refund for the item. I can't guarantee they'll give you
one but they are the only ones who can give you one.
