Need for speed rivals save game problems

the game need for speed rivals, are three times that I starts from level 8, which is happening to my Live profile of the game? Last time I got up to level 18 fugitive mode, I caught the Lamborghini Veneno, I see among my achievements on 25 may, the level
10, the 10 x multiplier ... but now profile says they are 8 level .... I rang microsoft support, made me do a series of unnecessary procedures, and the result does not change from telephone technical supportother operators who deal for, in fact they are not,
