    Need for speed rivals doesnt work.


    i bought the game a long time ago. But now, each time i try to play, the game do a weird sound and close by itself. i tried to uninstall the game and redownload it, but it's still doing the same thing. what should i do?

    Hello Tryciiaa21,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I'm thinking there may be some corrupt save data for this game. We can fix by letting the game resync with the cloud server and resetting the Operating system. As long as your console was connected to your internet
    while playing, you will not lose any progress.

    Perform a
    soft factory reset     by performing these steps. Please note, you will have to know the emails and passwords to the accounts you use on this xbox.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep games and apps
