    Need For Speed Rivals Crash and doesnt remember car upgrades or progress


    My game crashed and wouldnt work. uninstalled NFS Rivals and reinstalled but game won't remember my upgrades to cars or my in-game rank progress. had it a long time and it has happened at least twice!

    I'm having the same problem with Need for speed rivals; I lost my save game progress twice, this is getting really annoying...

    These are both digital download forza makes it to first loading screen then crashes to home screen with out error need for speed rival spash the first screen then crashes to home with out error

    Hello Tryciiaa21,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I'm thinking there may be some corrupt save data for this game. We can fix by letting the game resync with the cloud server and resetting the Operating system. As long as your console was connected to your internet
    while playing, you will not lose any progress.

    Perform a
    soft factory reset     by performing these steps. Please note, you will have to know the emails and passwords to the accounts you use on this xbox.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep games and apps

    Let us know the results!
