Need For Speed Rivals Content Update Will Not Download

I try to download the Content Update for Need For Speed Rivals and it is corrupt. Says it cannot download. Anyone else having this problem or solved how to fix it?

Just bought game from Microsoft store but unable to download it fully. on 80% of download, stops and shows Error "Cant download Need for speed Rivals"... tried to re download multiple times - didn't helped. Could someone suggest solution.

I tried deleting the update, deleting & clearing all caches then rebooting. I still get the error...

 

Same problem for me. When it gave me the error i dashboarded and went to my memory unit and found the content update and saw that it was incomplete. I deleted it then went back to the game and when it prompts you to download the update you press download
now and then dashboard and go to your active downloads and it should be there

 

I tried iiTemperr's suggestion, but I still get the error.

 

iiTemperr's idea doesn't work.

 

Try to delete the title update on your console and all the corrupted files from your console.

After that. go to Settings>System>Storage. Highlight the Hard Drive and press the "Y" button. Select "Clear System Cache" (Clear the system cache 3 times). Then after that we need to turn off your console and unplug the power supply of it. While the console
is off, press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. We are doing these to remove the excess static on the console.

If it still didn't work try to delete the system update of your console.

(note: I would best recommend you to use wired connection to make sure the connection on your console is fast&stable, unstable internet connection can cause corrupted file.)

Here's how,

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.

When prompted, select Yes.

After the console restarts, sign in using an Xbox LIVE gamertag, and download the update again by testing the Xbox Live connection.

Once it's completed, try to download the game update on your console.

Nada on first half, the bumpers and x buttons, not sure where u mean to do that at...but the system already had a extra stuff cleared...

 

Error 80153003 is what i'm getting on the update attempts... Just found this update which could be the hell we're all having on this:

Oh sorry. To delete the system update. Go to settings>system>storage. Highlight the memory unit or hard drive but instead of pressing the 'A' button. You should press the following sequence.

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.

Press the left bumper.

Press the right bumper.

Press the X button.

When prompted, select Yes.

 

Anyone tried John Loi's way ?

 

tried again, didn't work. MS now lists a problem with the store...so it may be a problem they're working on.
