Need for Speed Payback multiplayer problems

Hi there! I have a problem with mutliplayer in the game NFS Payback on one of my accounts I am able to connect to EA servers and enter multiplayer mode and receive delivery, while on the other writes that there is no connection
with EA servers and that my account cannot to connect Please help

I have already talked to EA technical support, and I can see that the problem lies with xbox live. Because if not, how does one account work on one console and the other does not

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with connecting to EA in-game servers. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting article for the Xbox One console:

Network settings on Xbox One

If the issue persists, I recommend reporting the issue to
EA Support .

Give that a try and let us know the results.

but on my second account or every multi-account I can log-in to take deliveries or play on-line so something is wrong with my account what should I do
