Need for speed disc not working

    my game content is "unsupported"

    I am trying to play need for speed carbon and when it reads the disc it says its software is unsupported and there is downloadable content that may support it but i cant find the content and its stil not working

    your yo are reffering to nfs heat, as others have stated, it has pending issues.

    If you would like notification when the issue is resolved, head to the status page, HERE, and you can scroll down to the app/game in question, and choose to receive
    email when issue is resolved

    I have Reset it turned it off deleted the game and reinstalled it Nothing works

    Can you perhaps give us some more information? Does the game give any error messages or error codes?

    I might as well load it up and maybe get some compensation from EA for all the down time. It won't get past the Play as Viper7 part for me.
