Need Fallout 3 Code

I pre ordered the digital copy of Fallout 4 with the bundle for the Fallout 3 code as well. I still have not received my code. Can you please help!

Fallout 3 code not recieved

I might have gotten my fallout 3 code but I do not remember and now I can't buy fallout 3 so now I need my fallout 3 code again

 

Fallout 3 code was erased from my messages on last update.

On last xbox one update I lost the message containing fallout 3 code that I received for pre ordering fallout 4. I didn't redeem the code because I needed fallout 3 to be backwards compatible first. I need xbox to resend the message with the Fallout 3
code.
