Need Fallout 3 Code

I was directed here from Microsoft chat support in order to get a replacement Fallout 3 360 code (for pre-ordering Fallout 4). The first code was not redeemed and was auto-deleted after 30 days.

Fallout 3 code not recieved

I might have gotten my fallout 3 code but I do not remember and now I can't buy fallout 3 so now I need my fallout 3 code again

 

Fallout 3 code was erased from my messages on last update.

On last xbox one update I lost the message containing fallout 3 code that I received for pre ordering fallout 4. I didn't redeem the code because I needed fallout 3 to be backwards compatible first. I need xbox to resend the message with the Fallout 3
code.

I too was sent from support ..... I Messed up and didnt "bundle" Fallout 4 but I did buy game and the pass and it still says "Bundle Only" even though I've bought everything in the Bundle

Are you saying that you need your Fallout 3 token? The game is sent to you in Xbox Live message, and you should have already received this. Can you let me know if you have received it already? Thanks!
