    Need Enforcment Actions


    I need enforcement actions to be put in place on the following gamer tag [Mod removed]

    player has threatened me in communications on GTA Online that he is gonna access my Xbox live

    account, I've taking actions ageist this violation of code of conduct and reported/blocked the offensive

    player, the xbox enforcement web page is unable to sign in due to an error, I'm changing my password as a precaution

    Enforcment Action

    The enforcement don't use the forums.

    An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long you are suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

    Enforcment Action

    I have had an Enforcement Action placed on my Xbox Live account. I can not fully understand the reason why.

    It is only for a 24 hour period and it is due to my communication, messaging I believe so I can't chat or message.

    World of Tanks certainly brings out the armchair generals in force, stating how bad you are or how you need to play, so at times, one reacts with an odd expletive pertaining to self pleasuring. I am sure I only used it once.

    In fact my American and European gamer pals, refer to me as an English Gentleman, as it is unknown for me to fully participate in some of the conversations that arise that border on vulgarity.

    When one hears the fruity language that I would not tolerate in my household, in The Division, sold by and endorsed by Microsoft, its a very bitter pill to swallow.

    I have however reported a gamer for the content of his conversation whilst in party chat and appalling references he was making to African Americans. I hope that this has nothing to do with my Enforcement Action.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They do not use the forums and do not take reports via the forums. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on
    the forums.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not allow case reviews on 24 hours suspensions because it takes longer for them to review the case than the length of time for the suspension. If you're having issues with
    other gamers, it's best to report them and block them.

    When you appeal a suspension what happens is they look over the evidence (such as messages, voice chats etc) again to confirm whether the suspension was valid.

    Given the message you said that you sent the suspension would have been valid since it is a derogatory term for homosexuals and therefore breaks the code of conduct.

    If the suspension was upheld then it means your account was investigated twice at this point and was found to have broken the code of conduct.

    Follow the rules and you wont get suspended anymore. Pretty simple really.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.
