Welcome to the internet, he could be lying but keep the voice message. Report him to Xbox and then call your local police (do not dial 9-1-1. Instead call your local police department or sheriff, their number is in your local phone book or online). This
is a serious threat and should be treated as such.

this is the last place you want to look for help cause its a worldwide forum doubt you will find assistance here worth a try but i would agree with doc holiday contact the police if you are that worried.

There is no way to contact the enforcement team unless you have an active suspension.

If you think that someone is violating the code of conduct then you would need to report them with the reporting tools on the console itself.

Here is a link on how to do that.

At which point the enforcement team will investigate the report and determine if the person did violate the code of conduct and if so they will put a punishment against the account.

The most helpful thing you can do as a player is report someone who is cheating/tampering.

Any information about your ban would be found on the Enforcement site in
Enforcement History, as noted by ThorX360: https://enforcement.xbox.com.

The email address tied to your account would have received an email about the suspension when it was issued. Be sure to check your junk folder.

No one in the forums can assist any further as only an Enforcement member can respond to any specific enforcement items and the Enforcement team does not use the forums.
