Need Enforcement Team help.

I have been banned from messaging for quite some time now and my account says it has no issues. I have contacted advisers to sort it out and they have suggested that i need an enforcement team to look into the chance that it is a ghost suspension.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

I have no idea, i've never heard of it but one of the advisers on the "contact us" section said i should query a ghost suspension on this forum. Personally i've never heard of it but i just followed the instructions.

 

Just tried this, didn't work unfortunately, thanks for the suggestion though.

 

Its complete garbage on how difficult it is to get in contact with one of the staff members who took action towards an account that is yours. A case review might help but usually all you will get is a copy and paste reply from a notepad document which is
lame.

 

Unfortunately there isn't even a case, my last case was 2011 so unless somebody gets in contact with me and supplies a case review on one of these "ghost suspensions" i'll be forever unable to reply to messages. Might have to be a PS next.
