    Need Enforcement help-unable to file review due to error in Enforcement dates


    Hi Enforcement what happened was I beat someone who was streaming on a video game and he got all of his viewers to report me for harrasing him on his stream he said I was stream sniping him just because I beat him I understand the Code of conduct and I have
    not used any foul language any Profanities on Either Messages or Party Chat the person who got Me banned said he done it because he was Angry that he has lost and him and his viewers all reported me and everytime I go to file for a case review it won't let
    me I've contacted Chat with Microsoft and They told me they've reported it to the tech support and told me to get in touch with you they said t there was a technical problem on the case review but now I Have a 100 day communication bann for nothing please
    reconsider taking it away look at my messages I haven't used any Profanities I've been banned before and I've learned from my mistakes I never use foul language anymore please I can't speak to my friends or anyone.

    you'll need to go to
    enforcement     and file a case review. Forums and support cannot help with enforcement issues

    Xbox 360 Enforcement

    Hello,

    I got an Xbox enforcement but I do not have the due date where the enforcement will end.

    It just says at the end:

    [...]This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges.

    I received an xbox live card for 1 month from my girlfriend and tried to redeem it in my Xbox 360 console.

    By the time I entered the code, the system said it encountered an error and was not able to process this code.

    Yesterday I tried to log in to Xbox Live & was not able to do so.

    I then noticed I received an enforcement but I don't see the due date for it, neither the Case Review button to submit a review

    Your help is appreciated.

    The only place to contact the enforcement team is by logging into enforcement.xbox.com. If the ban is eligible you can file a case review. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    If you're having trouble with trying to file a case review try clearing your browser cache or a different browser.

    Nobody on the forum or in Support has access to Enforcement's systems and therefore unable to help.

    Your only point of contact is via the Enforcement website HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com and if eligible file a case review

    Unfortunately, no one from Microsoft support team is capable of assisting with enforcement actions. The only option to reach out to Enforcement Team for your account suspension is through filing a case review/appeal.

    Since you have already attempted to file an appeal but unable to push through with error messages "" Sorry, we can't get notifications right now. Try again later.", try to file another case review using different devices or browser to see if it works:
