Do you mean the Xbox One Preview Program?

 

You need to find a friend that can invite you to the preview program, which they can do via their preview dashboard app.

If you don't know anyone (have you tried posting to your activity feed to see if anyone picks up on it), you could try asking around whilst in a party if you do multiplayer games.

I've not seen a process where you can request access to it for quite some time...sometimes people like Major Nelson will give invites away at conferences etc, but best way is to find someone that can invite you.

Note though - if you do get an invite it can take a while for you to get in. If they consider that there's too many to be in the program at the moment, you may have to wait some time.

 

If they are already a member then they are just requesting access to the forums here, also an invite does not guarantee access to it as it's pretty much full at the moment
