    Recently I was banned from communications on the Xbox 1 for 1 week. My ban was lifted on the 17th since my ban has been lifted I can't speak to anyone everyone can talk to me but when I tried to speak back no one can hear me my mic flashes like it's working
    I have tried to use multiple controllers I've updated these controllers I updated my adapters I've tried to use two of those by the way Ive tried three different headsets and two different Xbox ones still nobody can hear me but I can hear them please help

  3. Communication ban, I NEED HELP

    i just got communication banned on my xbox one on the 20th. its been three days and the website still wont let me submit for a case review and it is NOT a perma-ban. its a 2 week ban that im trying to have reviewed because i was wrongfully banned. Can anyone
    help with this? microsoft support cant do anything about bans, only the enforcement team can. It just so happens that they dont have a phone number or even an email address for people to contact them, which is extremely frustrating. I just got on christmas
    break from college and i just want to be able to talk to my friends while we play xbox together. This is extremely frustrating and i need help.

    Communications bans are not needed

    What do you mean "age appropriate" ?

    Age ratings on games have nothing to do with the online side.Something every game tells you.

    Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.It's exactly the same on PSN.

    If someone can't control their anger then maybe they have other issues.

    Hi there,

    Abusive messages can be classed as offensive, however 'teabagging' is not - as it is simply a taunt in many ways. Communication bans are for typing offensive messages, sending offensive voice messages, or using offensive language in-game.

    You wont be unbanned from a communications ban if you have done something bad.
