I purchased Xbox at 2016 and I returned it same year. Please cancel my account with user name happyfrog888.

So to cancel an xbox live account you need to do it with xbox live because that is who you have the billing agreement with not PayPal. To do this you sign into your account on xbox live select my account, the select my subscriptions then you will see the
option to cancel renewal. If that fails you need to call support and they will cancel it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are wanting to close an account. Unfortunately, we here on the forums and support are unable to close an account. You can go to the

guide for closing account and follow the steps to deactivate your account. If at any time in 60 days you log into the account after deactivation it will not close and will need to do it over.

Just cancelled my account with lovefilm on their website... no phone call needed.

Cancel account is in My Account under subscriptions...

If you are looking to DELETE an account this is not possible. Accounts cannot be deleted. Only a gold account can be canceled and payment information removed. Call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (US + Canada) if you need to cancel Gold and remove billing information.

I only have one microsoft account, I also purchased it on my Xbox. I reinstalled the game and it told me to cancel the subscription I need to go to my subscriptions on the Microsoft website and cancel it. Do you think my best bet would be to cancel my card?
