I was trying to do a case review, but didn't get to actually explain my case, I did not know what I was being punished for exactly. In the case review I wanted to state that I never threatened anyone or harrassed them. We are playinf Smite, a team based
game where you can get jumped by enemy gods if out numbered or alone. When I told someone I was going to jump them, I meant in the game of Smite. How would I really be able to jump a stranger? I've had my account for 8 years, I never engange in activities
like that. Please review my account. I honestly think something was taken the wrong way. My account is TOPxNOTCHxPOLO It also says that I have 6 previous violations, since faburary of this year. 3 of my violations were not of this current time though, it even
says that in the old case review. I was given it now because the checked for other things in the past that people possible reported me for. That also means 7 years of being an awesome gamer before all this even started. All I am asking is for a simple case
review, there has to be something that can be done to benefit all of us. A dedicated Microsoft member, preview program member, and xbox live fan should be worth something to you guys. An xbox live representative told me to ask for private message from an official
so i can disclose personal information

Everybody else here is pretty much giving you the right advice. Filing the Complaint is all you can do, aside from blocking them, and pushing it out of your mind. If you go through the proper channels, it'll be addressed. Don't worry about it. It's our of
your hands, and now in the hands of XBLPET. They'll handle it accordingly.

Sending a GT to a Moderator is not going to speed up your case. Do as the others have stated, file your complaint on your dash. Block the user, set to avoid and move on. Let XBLPET take it from there.

 

The enforcement team does not read these forums. The only way to communicate with that team is through the case review on their site. If you are not able to submit a case review there you will have to wait out the suspension. enforcement.xbox.com/home

I posted this because Someone in the Microsoft establishment has a way to communicate with the Enforcement Team, the website doesnt allow me to communicate with anyone. No email, no account name. It's not about waiting out the ban, its being there in the
first place. Thats like an officer saying I was resisting arrest but there was absolutely no reason for me to be arrested to begin with. All you guys do is brush it off your shoulder instead trying to contact someone to sort out the issue. Seems like the Microsoft
motto is if its not my problem then i don't care. How am I supposed to contact the Microsocft Enforcement Team? I can't they contact me, and give me 150 characters to explain my case. Hhis is inhumane. All im asking is for assistance. How can no one in the
entire Microsoft employee list not be able to help me? But XBLPET Zulu can? I don't understand, I don't think Bill Gates And Steve Ballmer understand whats being done here

 

Plus, who permanent ban for this? I never hacked, modded, exploited, stole, caused anyone to actually get physically harmed. So why does someone like me get banned? Maybe I should change my avatar color to something more suitable for Microsoft so I don't
get treated terribly

 

You were given the correct information. No one in the forums or in customer support has a resource to contact the enforcement team. The case review is in fact the only method for communicating with them and if you can't submit the case review then the
only available option is to wait out the suspension.

Okay, I'll wait out the ban, it only ends 12/31/9999. That's a reasonable ban to wait out for someone who didn't hack your system or server, didn't swat anyone or mod/cheat any games or achievements. I totally understand that Microsoft tries to keep Xbox
live safe by treating EVERYONE like crimnals.

 

You need to sign in with the banned account to file a case review & it needs to be an adult account.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining why you were banned.

There was a thorough investigation before you were banned so you did not get banned for no reason.

As Genesis said,the case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team despite what you may have been told.

 

Oh the case review where they only give you up to 150 characters to to speak on your case, meanwhile I don't even know what I'm explaining because I am not provided with proof of what I did. How can I be given a case review when Im not properly informed
of what was done? How hard is it to say to a fellow emplyee,"Hey XBLPET Zulu, check out this case, he had this to say about" and then forward my message. How hard is it to do that? I didn't get a chance to get a case review from the enforcement team and not
only that, I was even given evidence of what I did and an actual explanation of what went wrong. How can you say that you guys rake your job serious i you neglected issies like that and careless people reading and sending out case reviews. Since can't get
evidence online or emailed or have proper communication with you and your enforcement team, then I'll just have to get my lawyer to ask you guys. Not to mention I feel like I'm being treated like this because of my skin Microsoft be prepared for this time
concuming, money spending lawsuit. All because you REFUSE to communicate prople. How can you take enforcement seriously if all you do is banned your best customers when an accident happened and keep the racsists gamers that keep harrassing me and my account.

 

Are you able to tell me if XBL members can recieve a permanent ban for sending a msg about the game you're playing? What causes a permanent ban? Sending a msg to someone who provoked you gets you banned forever? If they're goal is to be like police then
take the same steps the Police take before serving "Life" to someone.

 

A lot of things can result in a permanent ban. Not just hacking or cheating. One of the things can just simply be multiple suspensions in the past. You said youve had 6 previous suspensions on that account in the past.

When deciding how long a ban is for the enforcement team does generally look at your previous enforcement history and takes that into account.

Its quite possible since you have had several enforcement actions in the past that they have decided to make this one permanent.

 

6 Violations when I had my account 8 years? Thats not even 1 violation a year if you do the math. So saying my account had numberous violations in the past which resulted to a permanent ban is unreasonable and just wrong. 6 violations that had no case review?
No actual info was given on the bans but thats info that is going to be used when judging to ban someones account that they had for several years? I really don't see how that seems logical or how it even seems like they take they're job serious but whatever.
I know my lawyer will be able to get my acvount unbanned, not only that, but earn my money back for services that were taken from me for no reason and I have more on my list, hope you guysbare ready

 

Doesn't matter if you had 6 violations over 1 year,10 years or 6 years.If you keep getting suspensions then eventually you will be banned permanently,something you agreed to when you started your account.

You would of been told the reason for the suspensions each time via email.

Enforcement is nothing to do with support & we have given you all the info we can.

No one can get your account back.

 

Actually my lawyer can, we already see an issue with your so called code of conduct and plus the things you guys have your employees saying to me and others who have been through this. Lets not forget that Major Nelson said Who ever does get banned should
still be able to have access to their games and content just not online and for multiplayer. Thank god I have evidence of all this, once I get my account, I basically started a flow that will get others their account back which will Microsoft will then have
to waste time and deal with it since you guys cant manage you time responsibly without a lawsuit. Good day
