    Need assistance


    I have a problem with my Xbox one, began with my digital games, an error saying took too long to start, the problem stay 3 hours, I touch the Xbox bottom 5 and hold it for 5 seconds then the Xbox turn off. I turn on the Xbox then I manage to play Gears
    4 but in the game began another problem, a problem that the game stay in "loading map", so I quit the game, then the problem of the game error of start appeared again. A massage showed up saying "clear local saved games" I tried but Xbox One it became a turtle,
    too slow, So the Xbox turn off by itself. I turn on the Xbox but in a matter of seconds the console turn off again, then I tried again and turn off again, and so on, so on.

    Uhm, well maybe try this: Go Sign in > Can't access account > Choose your problem (Forgot password/I know my password and Windows Live ID, but can't sign in/I think someone's using my accont) and follow the steps from there. If that doesn't work, you're
    screwed. Sorry. And, I'm not sure if that's normal for Xbox to display that message you "got." Also, just try to remember any of the Windows Live ID's that you possibly had registered the account with. I don't know if any of this will help. Best of luck!
