    Hello. Need help i have 1,500 credits pending since 11 january and nothing is happening.i have recieved emails but nothings changed.since then i believe i have earned more credits from achievements and concerned that there not showing
    on my xbox rewards account.please help.thank you

    Everybody else here is pretty much giving you the right advice. Filing the Complaint is all you can do, aside from blocking them, and pushing it out of your mind. If you go through the proper channels, it'll be addressed. Don't worry about it. It's our of
    your hands, and now in the hands of XBLPET. They'll handle it accordingly.

    Need assistance

    Sending a GT to a Moderator is not going to speed up your case. Do as the others have stated, file your complaint on your dash. Block the user, set to avoid and move on. Let XBLPET take it from there.

    We only deposit twice a month. Since you requested your deposit after our mid-month deposit, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle. Additionally, we do not award Credits for achievements unless as a part of an offer. Currently, the only offer
    running on the MyMissions page with an achievement component is the Being Dr Rewards offer.

    Uhm, well maybe try this: Go Sign in > Can't access account > Choose your problem (Forgot password/I know my password and Windows Live ID, but can't sign in/I think someone's using my accont) and follow the steps from there. If that doesn't work, you're
    screwed. Sorry. And, I'm not sure if that's normal for Xbox to display that message you "got." Also, just try to remember any of the Windows Live ID's that you possibly had registered the account with. I don't know if any of this will help. Best of luck!
