Does xbox warranty cover broken HDMI port

I got a xbox that I bought about 6 months ago but the hdmi port broke due to my dog knocking over my console

But I want to find out if xbox cover broken hdmi ports under the warranty or will I need to pay for the repair

I need you to remove my friends account off my console from preview program

Its the console that needs removing from the program, Your friend should unregister the console this will only happen when the current update goes live to public then you can register the console if you have been accepted into the program.

I really should have had coffee this morning. Removing old console from Preview program and adding new console. Can't remove old console due to HDMI out port damage.

You should be able to do it if you login on your account by a web browser from a tablet etc. It be a poor do if you can't.

the preview team are the people to speak to - post a new thread in the Registration Support forum and they will hopefully get you sorted.

If you have problems accessing that link (a group not found message) please post a reply here and main support will be able to manually grant you access to the preview forum so the link works.

Got it. As OneGuide was discontinued and the new generation of consoles does not support this type of devices as the console does not have HDMI-IN this function has been removed from the system.

When you purchase your new console if you download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your new console you can then use the app to enrol your new console in the insider program. If you are no longer keeping your old console don't forget to remove it from the insider
program.

They wont kick me out of the preview program? i thought u couldnt have it on two.....oh remove myself first from the one console and redownload everything on the new console?
