Need anybodies help

ok so the past few days my wifi has been running a little slower then usual due to a outage they had a few days ago. After the outage i havent been able to connect to xbox live. Tried unplugging the router and gateway multiple times and hard resetting and
unplugging power to xbox and power outlet. Still nothing. Microsoft support told me to delete my profile from the xbox and try to sign in again. After i deleted the profile it wouldnt let me sign in. Then i was instructed to unplug everything and wait 30 minutes
and try again. I did this but still had same problems. So at this point im angry and just decide to do a factory reset that keeps my games and apps. After that i reboot the xbox and now it wont update. So im stuck at the updaye screen. It says its connected
to wifi and my wifi is working. Not sure whats going on. Any info or ways i can fix this is appreciated. Thanks

Cannot join parties or accept invites and others???

HELP! I cannot join anybodies party chats. I have reset the connection, reset the modem, port forwarded, did all the stuff on support. yet i cannot send messages or invite people to anything. Could i help some help?

 

Is the new BlazBlue worth $50?

I need your help. Is this worth the price tag? I like how it looks and moves, but I am not 100% about buying it yet. Is there anybody out there that has bought this game? Please help me decide.
