    Alright so I'm almost positive this will be a fruitless effort, but I've been on and off the phone with Microsoft support since 9am, in total I have spent hours on hold today and have been hung up on 4 or 5 times.

    I am on y FOURTH Xbox one, I have purchased 4 different consoles all that have problems, the one I have now has a controller the won't stay synced, the console itself freezes and my digital games black screen all of the sudden. Before you ask me about troubleshooting
    I have done every troubleshooting tip that is around and now if I want them to look at it I'll have to be without my Xbox for almost a month or I can put a 400 dollar hold on my credit or debit card for expedited shipping. Also they have no other records aside
    from my first hardware issue on a different console, which is ridiculous and everytime I asked to speak to a supervisor I had a ridiculous hold time and was then disconnected, ESPECIALLY when asking about any form of compensation, like free game or maybe just
    pay for the expedited shipping, something to say sorry for the horrible experience and show some customer appreciation, I could really care less about live time so I didn't bother. Was told no and that there was nobody hire up I could possibly speak to. I
    just find this ridiculous because of the plethora of free crap they give people all the time and almost all the YouTube gamers, but I paid for all my systems and 3 out of the 4 have had nothing but issues and they don't want to help me or do anything to show
    that I, an everyday human being and customer, am appreciated, and they're sorry. Around the fourth phone call after being disconnected a million times I got nothing but rude people. The first girl I spike with was actually very nice and expressed to me that
    the issues in having are in fact serious, and there is "serious damage" happening to my Xbox. And I'm honestly just over the near constant issues with Microsoft at this point. And the customer support is *** near pointless.

    I expressed to her I need my Xbox for my twitch and YouTube account and how difficult an experience I've had and in so may words she said she didn't care. I'll be sure to make a video about this as well and see what my fans and followers think, good luck
    to anyone else out there dealing with the dismal support and hardware issues by Microsoft.

    I just find it ridiculous that we as customers need to deal with this, and I don't mean that we need to deal with a hardware issue we will inevitably have, things break I understand, but what I mean is the sometimes nasty customer support and just the lack
    of consideration from big companies like this, and we let then so of course they do itit, we have made it common now to let ourselves be taken advantage of, and I'm tired of it, yes I've had 4 Xbox systems but that doesn't mean I have money like that, you
    as a company fixing your faulty product is not a courtesy to me, you SHOULD do that, but acting like I'm asking you for your first Born child when I ask for a store credit or a game or something to show some sympathy is crazy lol I just can't get over it and
    the way today's events went. I don't feel like a valued customer that's certain but hey, that's how Microsoft rolls apparently.

  6. Hey there, xII CaustiK IIx! I'm very sorry to see the situation you are in right now! As you can see in my signature, we do not work the weekends, and work threads posted from oldest to newest. Apologies in the delay getting to you.

    That being said, the only way to fix your situation with your controllers disconnecting is by setting up a repair for your console. It looks like the options for that have already been laid out for you. You will need to attempt to work with phone or chat
    support to set that up.

    Give it one more shot, and see if they can set you up with an expedited label one last time. The quickest way to get a replacement console will be if you set up the Advanced Exchange, though. This will leave you without any down time. If you are still experiencing
    issues with that team, please send me a private message with the reference number they give you. You can send me a PM by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.
