Need an update on my suspended account and possibly a revoked decision after 2 years

My main account gamertag: City . was suspended over 2 years ago for something i know i didnt do, not sure if it was mass reporting or that my account was hacked because people wanted my gamertag but im asking now that this suspension be looked at and possibly
lifted after all this time so i can get my achievements and purchases back.

Xbox Rewards Becoming Microsoft Rewards

I was suspended time ago from Microsoft Rewards, my question is, now becoming Xbox Rewards into Microsoft Rewards, my account, will be revoked the suspencion?

or i will be suspended even if i had an active Xbox Rewards account?

Account suspended

so I had my account permanently suspended for no reason and I've been a loyal Xbox customer for 8 years. I applied for case review and it was upheld. How can I possibly get it back?

if the account was banned I don't think there is a way to recover it.sorry for that!

Start with this page here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I That is the Case Review page. Read over that and get an understanding of the process, what will be required and what will happen. That is how you get in touch with the
Enforcement Team. They do not operate here on the forums, and they are the only ones who can review, comment, or take action on enforcement actions. It's not guaranteed that you will be eligible for a case review, but that page will provide you the detials.
Before you submit for the case review, make sure you review the Code of Conduct as there is a short questionaire on it prior to submission.

While you're on that page take a look at the other topics on the FAQ for a better understanding of the program and process that your account was affected by.

Unfortunately in order to be eligible for a case review by the enforcement team the suspension would have had to of happened within the last year there is nothing that can be done about your suspension at this point in time.

thats a tuff one because you can only submitt a case review up to a year from the date of the ban

same thing happened to me except I didn't get my account suspended in taking away I just had all of my points revoked I didn't do anything
