    Hi

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate power supply (brick) then you will need to purchase a new power supply, If you own an Xbox One S or Xbox One X then you will just need to purchase a new power cable.

    I've looked on amazon and I most seem to have terrible reviews on how they blow up or don't function properly. is there any one in particular you know of that works well?

    The original Xbox One with external power supply will need a replacement power brick.

    The Xbox One S and X models with internal power supplies are universal and will work anywhere,you just need a cable that fits the correct plug.
