    Need an answer regarding to online trouble.


    Since the 24th of December, when I have tried to access G.T.A 5 Online and Far Cry 4 Co-op (have not tested on other games) I get an error, always along the line of "Your account is restricted so you cannot play Online" I've done nothing wrong since I got
    an Xbox one, so can someone tell me why I can't play online? Microsoft have an unhappy customer here. It's been very annoying to be stuck to single-player. As aforementioned, I have never violated the T.O.S. or any E.U.L.As. I haven't received any ban/suspension
    notification, can someone help?

    hi. I'm on the trial membership to n can't log in as a guest when goin online!!! if I try to log in any other game my pre set guest account appears but does not appear when trying to add another controoller on bo2 online. just says I need membership. has
    anyone got a definitive answer from the above topics regarding this yet???

    Is anyone else having issues downloading the newest update?

    Yes there are several people having trouble with the new update, I have answered several help requests regarding this update. I don't suggest getting your hands dirty.

    That is not a website created by Microsoft or Xbox, sorry. As I stated earlier a lot of these sites are very inaccurate. If the system says the tag is not available it is not available. There is nothing that can be done. Try finding other gamertag names
    that might be available and use the change gamertag feature on your console to check them. Good luck.
