    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your subscription. Let's see what we can do to sort that out and get you gaming.

    For a Gold membership, you'll need to make sure you have a valid payment option on your account. You can set that up on commerce.microsoft.com.

    Let us know how that goes.

    did you put the the code on you xbox or on xbox.com and did your subscription end? because on here it says you are not gold member

    You can try the support, but most will tell you to reply to the email with the decision of the refund. Due to when you use the contact us you will not get the agent that is helping you with the refund. There is a dedicated team just for the refunds. Will
    be locking this thread as you already have one open for this issue.
