what should I do these kids invited me a party after I beat them in fortnite and now they all are reporting me and last time something like that I got banned for a week please help I’ve been banned at least 4 times and I don’t deserve this one. What should
I do?

As long as you don't do anything to violate the code of conduct, you'll be fine.

 

As long as you behave and don't violate the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use (CoC or ToU), the kids can report you as much as they like.

For every report, the console tries to collect telemetry and other data to send in as evidence. For example a message you sent, that is being reported, is being sent along as proof.

So if you sent a harmless message like "Hello, fellow kids", and everyone reports that message, nothing will happen, as the message being sent in with the report does not violate the Code of Conduct. A real human being from the Enforcement Team will look
at that report, will see that the message doesn't violate the CoC and will just dismiss the report, and reduce the credibility of the person(s) reporting you.

I don't know where that rumor originated, but a lot of people think, that when you are reported X-times, you get automatically banned.

This is wrong.

In fact, to allow the Enforcement Team to work as efficiently as possible, multiple reports about the same thing will get consolidated into one single report, that just moves up quicker in the reporting queue, the more people report you.

Then a real life person checks the report, and if you didn't violate the CoC, nothing will happen to you.

However, let's assume the following happens:

The kids invite you to a chat, and start harassing you. Instead of reporting them, you decide to fight back and also send abusive messages to them.

If the kids then report your abusive message, then you actually did violate the CoC, and will get banned for that.

So whenever you are invited to a party and someone starts harassing you, do NOT reply or retaliate. Instead report them, and block communications with them.

As long as you don't violate the CoC, you won't get banned, no matter how much someone reports you.

 

You should just block them and also report them if they are harassing you in any way. If you don't break any rules you won't be banned.
