    need advice


    So I have an xbox 360S and it works on an HDTV I also have A4K ultra HDTV my xbox does not work on this TV however a friend of mine has an xbox 360S and he plugged it in to my 4k ultra hdTV and it worked. same value cables were used but i have only one
    guess that my hdmi port is broken. any suggestions?

    You could save yourself £5 and just preorder from GAME, or you could save youself even more and preorder from Amazon...................just a thought

    Hey there, daddybear115!

    Are you currently encountering a blank screen when you connect your console? Also, have you checked using an alternate HDMI cable with your console to connect directly to your TV?

    In the meantime, we'd recommend getting started with the

    That would be something you'd have to talk to your ISP about. Usually you would only incur fees if you go over your bandwidth usage for the month. So you'd want to contact them to find out if you have a data cap and if so, how much, etc.

    Hey there Funk! I understand you have some concerns about earning achievements while offline. As long as you sign back into LIVE with the same account without moving or downloading it, the achievements you earned offline should be counted without a problem.
    If for some reason you are unable to reconnect to LIVE without first moving or downloading the profile, any achievements earned while offline will be lost. I hope this information helps; please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

    Hi

    If the Pal did played but not the NTSC-J disc then your console is not from the correct region. If it is a 360, then the console are Region locked and it seems like yours is PAL.

    Have you changed regions recently or anything? It could be the disc itself that's the issue as previously mentioned. Do all other disc work normally?
