Need advice with rarest Xbox one on earth

Before people get weirded out I believe I have the rarest Xbox one on earth due to my conversations with Microsoft and every videogame store in the surrounding counties near my address. I also understand people may think I'm lying but if I'm being honest
I'm a 30 something year old machinist who works 60plus hours a week so I don't have time to troll for attention. Also the more people that don't believe me the less likely it will be looked into so win for me.

I bought a BRAND-NEW console from a game stop near my house almost 2 months ago. Took it home set it up and in the games and apps section there were over 30 games ready to install......arkham knight,call of duty aw, Madden etc etc . The console also ON ITS
OWN will download and install new games as they come out with all the dlc. I will go home turn it on and have notifications saying this game or that was installed and is ready to play. It did it with Madden, gears ultimate, and most recently Destiny legendary
edition. My games section also says black ops 3 halo 5 and nba2k16 are preordered. I have had no charges on my card, and if I go into the store it shows I have to purchase the game. However it's already in my system and fully playable. It's not linked to my
account but rather the console because I've downloaded my profile onto several others and none of this stuff follows.

Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining about thousands of dollars in free stuff just seeing if anyone has heard of this before....and before anyone asks no there is no other profile linked to the system. I've spoken with Microsoft on 3 occasions about it
and according to them they have never heard of this. OBVIOUSLY for obvious reasons I will not give them my gamertag or console serial number. It's also been explained to me by them in recorded phone conversations that there is NOTHING they can do to me because
I purchased it brand new from a reputable source and the system is doing it on its own while I'm at work. I've also been told a value or price cannot even be put on the system as is because who knows how long it will do it. Either way it's a microsoft problem
and I'm blameless. OBVIOUSLY the store I purchased it from has been blowing my phone up to bring it back and I'm not stupid lol. Just seeing if anyone else has heard of anything like this because odds are you haven't which further confirms how rare it indeed
is.......think about it a console that on its own downloads New games and dlc at no cost to me.....the only catch is I have no control of what ones it downloads.

Why on earth would you make a game that's a new IP with a new company that needs 3 million sales to BREAK EVEN? I don't know who was giving them business advice there, or who was analyzing the numbers and telling them this was even a feasible goal, but
they both need to be fired... oops too late.

So are you sure it was absolutely brand new? It wasn't one that was on display in the shop? It was sealed in its box, with all the protective casing, and it went through its initial set-up when you first turned it on?

 

It definitely sounds as if the console was not exactly brand new. If someone else had used your console and has it set up as their Home console, you will automatically download everything they purchase. So it sounds like someone else had used the console
before and returned it, or Gamestop had used it somehow.

 

Definitely brand new I pulled the plastic off the Unit myself.....and again there is NOTHING of any kind in the system linking it to another profile and no other profile in it. The games are not demos either and I have the system as my home unit for my profile.
It is brand new box was still sealed.......

 

And I had to go through the whole setup process.......EVERYONE INCLUDING the people at Microsoft are stumped....I'm not making this up either...

 

The only thing I can even remotely come up with is that it was purchased and sent back to Microsoft for whatever reason and they refurbed it and put it back out. I don't think this is the case as the manufacture date is close to the purchase date don't
think they would have had the time and besides the almighty Microsoft would have properly wiped it.

 

Sounds like a modded console if you ask me, what hes saying with new games just automatically downloading on there own sounds like the console has been tampered with.

 

Modding the console isn't possible at the moment. Tampering with the console physically gets it automatically banned anyway, so it wouldn't be able to connect to online to download games...

This is definitely an interesting problem. At the moment the only things I can think of are:

- It could be an accidental send of an employee or test console

- A software bug causing an interaction with the store to download ALL games

- The people at the shop you got it from used it as a demo console, and have all the games downloaded from another user (however you did say that there are no other profiles on the console)

 

Yes it was again NEW IN A SEALED BOX WITH THE PLASTIC STICKERS ON IT. I also had to set it up . Again how do you buy a new system and it's already nodded from the factory?. I also was thinking the test unit option but I was under the impression it was just
a urban legend. But it could be all I'm say Im saying is Microsoft is aware of the issue and stumped as are we. It was actually the Microsoft representatives idea for me to anonymously post to the forums to see of this is something anyone has heard of before.
As I stated before I was told they could get to the bottom of it by giving them my gamertag and console serial number but I'd be an IDIOT to do that and put the console under thier microscope.

 

It's also worth mentioning that when I was talking to the representative I was playing the legendary edition of Destiny that had downloaded and this stumped him as well. He said something about how I must have been one of the only people able to play due
to they were having major issues to the extent they had to put out a notice.
