Need advice for false reporting

Sounds really weird. I've play GTA Online for a very long time, and am pretty sure i've sometimes play on same server with some modders or cheaters, and can interact with them. But still don't get any ban, or warnings.

Are you sure you don't brake any GTA Online rules?

This guy would follow me around everytime I tried to make a sale, would wait nearby when I was in between sales. I felt like I had no other choice but to leave the lobby which I was in and look for another lobby. Telling him with a single word what I thought
of him in the process. I just wanted to get on with my game. He reported me resulting in my instant suspension. Have come across bullies like this guy before, just intent on ruining the experience of others in the game. No doubt when I moved on he looked for
another victim. XBOX Live backing up the bullies, am not happy.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

As long as you haven't done anything wrong, you'll be fine. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension/ban if they determine you have done something wrong.

Unfortunately we are living in a time when morale panics have blown out of all proportions. I feel your anger towards the system but following the strict rules is the best way to have a great experience and enjoy xbox live.. The one's who're acting like
jerks often do it intentionally to step on somebody's nerves in hope of getting a valid reason to send a report. I have an anger management issue but I've learned to enjoy while ignoring any attempts to make me break the rules 😁😉
