Need advice for accessibility.

So my fiancé and I would really like to play video games together. I've been playing video games for years, but she really only started getting interested when she met me. It's something that I think she deserves to be able to enjoy. However, she is a quadruple-limb
amputee. She lost her arms just below the elbow, and legs just above the knee.

So my question is this, is there a company; Microsoft or otherwise that could make a special controller for her? I figure Microsoft may be interested, talk about a good ad for the upcoming holiday season if they were to film the process and final result.
Or maybe a company that specializes in creating unique electronics?

If anyone knows the right people or company to contact PLEASE let me know! This would be a life changer!

Also, today is our 6 year anniversary! Not important for this post, but I'm happy! Haha

I read something in the paper literally a week ago about a company who had developed a controller that could be controlled using the mouth, and showed a guy playing Fifa. The controller shown was for the Playstation, but there might be something similar
for Xbox.
