my account says it was temporarily suspended and i don't know why i was on it last night playing a game and watching a movie than went to get back on and it wouldn't let me can you help me the account is with my email
[Mod Removed] i had to make this account just so i could try and talk to someone i called the help line he sent me here please help

Credentials error

Hey guys.

I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 and i guesss ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

Please help me. Thanks.

How To Link Guitar Hero Accounts

Hey All,
Have been playing GH3 alot recently and wanted to join Guitar Hero Live | Offizielle Seite von Guitar Hero Live

I have setup an account with the same name as my Gamertag but how do i link them ??
Do i need a Gold account ??

Cant seem to find anyway to link the 2 accounts.

Anyone help ??

i did that with the guy on the phone i couldn't access it so he sent me here could i have some more help i dont know what to do

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here would have any information. If you're having issues with the enforcement site, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

i understand that but i went to that site and read that i need to sign in with the account that has the infraction but when i do that i cant acsess the site anymore so im not able to do or talk to anyone on it

Hi - Im keen to find out if this worked or not. I've looked at the advice from Mistress Sara and if Im not mistaken that suggests that you change the email details on the Microsoft account as opposed to just on the Gamertag. Im presuming its just the Gamertag
email address you're looking to change?

The only other thing I would suggest would be to look it up on the console but by the nature of your question, I can safely assume that you are trying to recover it to your console. Is there anyone you can go to in order to use their phone to call?

The parental account e-mail is displayed when you try to make any sort of changes on your account like
editing your privacy and online settings or anything to do with your
billing settings.

If you don't see the parental e-mail that it's asking you to login to then please
contact phone support directly, and they should be able to assist you with the parental e-mail that's associated with your account.

There is no contact numbers for the enforcement team. The only way to contact then is through the case review on their website. enforcement.xbox.com/home
