Need access to the Preview Program forums - SERIOUS ISSUE NEEDS ADDRESSED!

Hello,

I received the newest XBOX ONE NEW EXPERIENCE update a couple days ago and now I can't update games or apps, I need to access the forums and get help with this PLEASE!

Every time I've tried to update a game or app since downloading the latest Preview update, I get an error message "There was a problem with the update" whenever I try to update a game or app. I've tested my network settings, power cycled my xbox, etc and
still can't update my apps or games. HELP!

I need forum access as well. I've contacted Xbox support and need to report an issue with the preview program.

If you don't have access to that, please let us know and one of the helpful support crew will be along shortly to sort you out with access to it.

Report the problems in there, and hopefully you should get some help

I did the update today and since i finish it my xbox always hard reset while im playing an i lost my xbix preview program i cant go on the xbox preview dash anymore and my xbox freeze very often

 

Hi I did the windows 10 update a couple of days ago and ever since my xbox wont connect wireless to the router only by Ethernet cable I keep getting:

Your security protocol will not work: This console supports WPA/WPA2 (personal), WPA2(personal), and WEP network security protocols, but your router is using something else. You will need to change your route's configuration.

For info about changing your router's security protocol, visit xbox.com/networkhardware. After you have changed it, chck your connection again.

I went in and check that my router setting were correct and they were set on the right settings I rang up xbox and of course no help the told me as this was a preview program problem I would have to come here as they don't have phone support for preview
and I could only ask this question by replying to this thread can someone please help
