    Need access to preview forums.


    I am a preview member. After downloading the latest update my console gets stuck at the green logo screen or a black one after. Can't access the forums to see if this is a known issue they are working to fix or if it's a hardware issue and I need to submit
    a repair request.

    I've tried power cycling, leaving the xbox unplugged all night,pplugged directly into the wall outlet. Still having the same issue. Working on getting zip drive to manual hardware reset. Any help would be appriciated.
