    Need a xbox controller replacement


    I have an xbox elit controller and about 2 months after having it, the headphone jack messes up on its own and so now i can use any headphons with it when i can use the same headphones and headsets on my phone and they've worked. I tried cleaning it with
    a dry q tip and it still hasnt worked. Ive tried everything and it got bad to where i have to get a replacement. I have started a chat with support and i got close to getting a replacement and i accidentally pressed the back button on the phone. Please help

    Xbox 360 controller do not work

    Hi there.

    You need to register your Xbox 360 console at myservice.xbox.com and then select "replace an accessory" you'll then be given the option to get a replacement controller. You may also need proof of purchase for the controller.
