Need a way to turn the controller off.

Is there a specific way you are attempting to turn off your controller because the easiest way that I have found is holding the Xbox button on my controller and pressing the turn off controller button.

Are both of the controllers that the headsets are plugged into up to date with all of their updates? Don't forget to go into your accessory settings to check and see if the controller that the second headset is plugged into doesn't need an update. I've
also run into issues in the past with off-brand controllers having trouble connecting to headsets. Try turning the system all the way off by holding the power button on the console until the light turns off and then power it back on. Sometimes the system
just needs a good refresh to make sure that everything's working the way it should be.

Easiest way to turn off vibration is to turn off your controller. If you dont want to do that then there is no other way.

Are you getting this as a recurring problem or do you mean that you turned your controller on while the force feedback wheel was assigned to 1?

If you simply mean you turned your controller on while the force feedback wheel was also on the only way to get the controller back to player 1 is to turn off your console, no wires need to be removed. Once a controller has been assigned a player number,
it keeps it until the console is powered off.
