Need a way to transfer/saved games from xbox one with broken HDMI

Greetings! The HDMI socket broke and I need to send the unit for repair. I would like to know how can I save my games before sending the unit for repair? Please help!! Thanks!

As long as you are connected to xbox live all of your saves are backed up on the cloud.

When you get yours or a replacement console back you will have to download/reinstall your games & when you start a game up it will sync with the cloud & download your last save.

Some games take a while to sync up so don't worry if it seems to be taking a while.

The Forza games take ages if you play any of those.

No, there is no way to transfer progress from one Xbox account to another. Game saves are tied to the account it was saved with.

unfortunately it is impossible to use a xbox one without an hdmi cable, its the only way the xbox one will be able to be displayed. if the hdmi port itself is broken in any way your console will need to be either repaired or replaced since the hdmi cable
is unable to be read by the port. hope this helps.

There is already ways to transfer to different hard drives if both are working on the storage settings on xbox one.

I have had problems with a broken hard drive before, There isn't away to transfer data if the drive is broken so a long reinstall process is whats needed to be done if they broken.

The Xbox One won't see 360 data from an external drive in order to transfer it that way. Any games that are backwards compatible would need to be redownloaded through your Games and Apps. Your game saves would need to be stored on the cloud (the cloud
will only hold game saves and not game data).
