    I bought a gift subscription for my son and we tried to use the code but we can’t use it because it said that it was bought in another región but our accounts are configured that we live in Chile and we bought it in Chile ( it was an one year Xbox live gold
    subscription )

    Please we need our money back or a quickly solution

    yes, that is my problem! i am from chile but my money in xbox live is Euro :(. in my region configuration settings says "Chile" (is correct) but the money is not correct.
