Discus and support need a replacement code for gears of war 1 as it doesnt work in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; 8a8c6052-c3d1-4c6c-b273-ad43be5aeacd i get this error code whilst trying to claim this code on the xbox one....     Gears of War 4 Pre-Order Code Problem

    Today I received two messages from XBox with 2 codes each for the pre-order bonus for Gears of War 4. The codes were supposed to be for Gears 1, 2, 3, and Judgement. The codes for Gears 1, 3, and Judgement worked fine; the code for Gears of War 2 did not
    work--it said it was already redeemed.

    Please let me know what to do to get a replacement code.

    Since all four codes now read as redeemed, I have to guess which one was for Gears of War 2, but I think it was [Mod Removed].

    Please fix ASAP. Thank you.

    I bought the gears of war 4 collection eddtion and the codes for gears of war 1 & 3 dosnt work.

    it tells me that an unexpected error has occurred. and gives me this code.

    To clarify, did you not receive a code for Gears of War 4 with your Xbox One? If the code was not included in the box, then I am afraid we do not have a replacement to offer. You'll need to reach out to the retailer for an exchange or replacement. If you're
    referring to the Gears of War collection, you'll need to wait 30 days from the day you started playing Gears of War 4.
