    I bought Dragon Age Inquisition thinking I could download it to my 360, but didn't realize til just now that only the Xbox one can download it. I need a refund or a disc mailed to me.

    Have you done some troubleshooting?

    Things to try: Remove game from console, remove profile, clear cache, power cycle.

    Download profile, download game and see if works. Alternativly restore to factory defaults.

    Hi Mirza,

    I see you have quite a few achievements for Dying Light - so it has obviously been working at some point - which mean you wouldn't be able to request a refund.

    I suggest you perform a Powercycle , You can do this by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until your console turns off. After this
    try to boot the game again and see if it works.

    If that doesn't work please turn off your console off again and check your power, make sure the power brick of the Xbox One is plugged in directly to the wall. No surge protectors or extension cords as this might cause the Xbox One to have insufficient
    power to boot up your game.

    If neither of those work you can try uninstalling/reinstalling the game to see if you have any success with that. I have heard of some problems with the game that require a factory reset - I suggest you look around on the net for people with similar problems
    before considering that step.

    I have tried all of these steps nothing wants to work and i also have spoke to Microsoft about it they told me to come here and ask for a refund for the game because it will not start up and will not work

    Sorry but you were misinformed. Only phone support can handle billing issues such as the one you are requesting. Give them a call to make your request but please realize that the final decision will be up to them.

    It's stranger because I bought timesplitters 2 and future perfect with no issue but like I can't try to get a refund due to the fact I don't have an order number as they don't show up on your account as a purchase anyways I'm working tomorrow so let us know how you get on good luck bro šŸ‘

    for an issue like this, the best thing to do is to check if you are indeed using the account you used to purchase the games on and also check
    http://billing.microsoft.com to check the transactions for these purchases.

    If you still don't have the option to download the games via the account that purchased them, the best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
