    so basically i was gifted a game and it didn’t come through to me and xbox support has refused to help me so im not turning to the xbox community for help i’ve been trying for 6 hours now and haven’t found anything that helps and all xbox has is ai i’m tired of talking to god damn ai for real world real people problems bring back the geek squad and the nerds that worked at xbox i used to have issues like this solved so fast but now that all this [mod removed] is ai i haven’t been able to get any help at all other then from brian who almost helped but then i closed off the chat and now im stuck back at root 1 please someone help

    The person who gifted it to you would need to check their transactions at http://account.microsoft.com They should be able to see the code for the game and can just give it to you themselves.

    MICROSOFT SCAMMED ME AND NOW IS IGNORING ME

    Whenever I try contact microsoft the AI doesnt help me or when I try to message a real person nobody answers. Is there a support email?

    My suspension for xbox live communication ended at 8:27 today but I still can't message people.

    Please go to their support page, to get thru to a actual person. Keep changing the topics you need help with until it gives you the option to connect to a real person. They will then open a investigation for you (or help you)
