Need a quick opinion on an Xbox One headset

Alright real quick if someone would mind telling me whether I should get refurbished Turtle Beach XO Sevens for $80. Or get hyperx Cloud 2'storage for $80 aswell. Or if you have a better idea for a good $100 or less xbox one headset setup then go ahead and
tell me. Thanks

Headset xbox one and pc

Oh just a quick note, if your boyfriend is wanting to speak online with his friends on the xbox one you will also need the chat adaptor

xbox360 arcade

Hi just a quick one does ny body no if I need to get a headset for my xbox 360 arcade I have got a kinect with it separate as the arcade doesnt have one built in thats all working fine but I have now brought a wireless network adapter so my son can go on
xbox live nut I dont no if I also need a headset ny help wud b much appreciated

Hi there, I do have a headset but I do not know of the type of headset that I have and it came with my xbox one. it might be better to either email or to call xbox to see if they can help you? Sorry that I couldnt be of more help?

I really like my HyperX Cloud IIs, but you can only use them without the USB soundcard (the headphones plug into the soundcard via a 3.5mm CTIA jack. They're really comfy and have great sound with or without the 7.1 surround sound (when using it without
the sound card), but obviously will have better sound with the 7.1 surround sound.

Hello

After a quick search on the manufacturers website. You may need to download the audio hub and update the headset. I had to do that with my Steelseries. There's a lot of info in their support site. I would go there for troubleshooting first.

Ya know what, I didn't get a quick start guide in the box of my headset... I had no idea such a headset needed to be charged. But I gave it a quick charge for a few minutes and it worked.... I kinda feel dumb right now! XD

Thanks for this, at least I know I don't need a new controller!
