If it is the original Xbox One with the separate power supply (brick) then you will need to purchase a new power supply, If you own an Xbox One S or Xbox One X then you will just need to purchase a new power cable.

The Xbox One X uses an internal power supply, if you need a new cable it uses a universal design called a figure 8 cable and can bought most anywhere.

If you have an Xbox One S or X you need a power converter from US supply (110V) to UK supply (220-240V)

The S and X are multi voltage, so all you actually need is a plug adaptor, or new cable. If it is the Original Xbox One, you will need a new external power supply as stated

So does Microsoft have a power supply with 220v that I could buy?

As long as it is the Xbox One S or X then you should be OK to use the console if it's the original Xbox One that had a separate power supply then you will need to purchase a new power supply for this console to work.
