    Need a member of the Enforcement team to assist me.


    Hello Xbox Enforcement,

    I have had quite a number of run-ins with Xbox support, and I would not like my account to be permanently banned.

    My history includes:

    4 communication bans

    1 gamerpic ban

    1 "Account Theft/Phishing/Solicitation " ban

    and 1"Marketplace Theft " ban.

    Currently, I am appealing 7 charges via PayPal and I am claiming them as not delivered, that is because Fortnite glitched and removed everything I had from my Xbox account making them unplayable, and Epic Games support didn't respond to all of my 20 emails
    over 8 weeks, and Xbox support was not helpful. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything right because I don't want to get permanently suspended for doing the only logical thing possible. I no longer play Fortnite because of this issue.

    Please help me Xbox Enforcement, I want to know if I can clear my record and fix this issue as I don't want to be banned forever.

    GAMER TAG ISSUE

    Your gamertag might have been changed by the Enforcement team due to a violation in the name.

    If need to know why go to enforcement,xbox.com and amke a post on their forums, and an enforcement member can then assist you with the issue.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately the Enforcement Team doesn't use the forums and no one here can assist with the enforcement issue as only an enforcement team member can respond to enforcement actions.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you have any current suspensions, you can submit a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com However, there is no way to have previous enforcement actions removed from your history.

    Contacting Paypal and appealing charges can be seen as marketplace theft and would put you at risk for being banned.

    Well, you will need to contact the FTC for fraud. As far as I know they are not allowed (legally) to ban you for that, but they do. Please note if you dispute it you may be banned in which case you much contact the police for fraud. Please contact EpicGames
    via live chat or tweet @FortniteGame.

    I hope I am not suspended, I did not claim them as unauth, I claimed them as missing, and I wasn't suspended from Fortnite, I just lost access, and I am unaware of how to contact Epic Games via Live Chat, do you have instructions or somewhere for that?

    The thing is this if PayPal sends them back to Microsoft as a chargeback Microsoft will see that as you trying to bypass Microsoft refund policy and see that as marketplace theft which is against the code of conduct and the enforcement team can ban your
    account for that.

    Microsoft can not see if you received the items or not all they see is that the transaction went through whether the items were received or not would then be on epic games and you would need to contact epic games . Xbox support probably told you this and
    you think that they were being unhelpful when in reality they are limited to what they can see.
